Moderation

Posts may be moved, converted to a ticket, locked or deleted. A user's first post will be moderated before publishing to help prevent spam. Please note that for down systems and urgent issues, you must  open a ticket  rather than posting a community message to receive a prompt response. This forum is not monitored for critical issues.

Forum Etiquette

We look forward to using this space to foster collaboration and ongoing communication between libraries. To uphold the purpose of this forum, users should follow forum etiquette:
  1. Be civil. Personal differences should be addressed via private email rather than publicly in the forum.
  2. Do not double or cross post. Duplicate posts will be deleted.
  3. Before posting, please search to see if your topic has already been addressed.
  4. Stay on subject. New conversations should be created as a separate topic.
  5. Do not post anything that is private including patrons' personally identifiable information or screenshots that contain this information.
