BCA - Subject Heading Analysis Reports - Montana Tribes

Two BCA reports are available to help you assess materials in your collection related to Montana Tribes: 

1. Montana Tribes - Title List with Item Count
   
2. Montana Tribes - Item Count by Publication Year

These reports can be accessed by logging into BCA and navigating to Shared Reports > Collection Information > Subject Heading Analysis

These reports may have a long report run time so be patient as they complete.

Report Details

Report results are based on MARC 650, 651, and 610 Subject Headings. While basing analysis on subject headings is problematic for a variety of reasons, it remains a structured way to retrieve bibliographic records on a given subject. You can click a subject heading in a column header for a more specific breakdown.

If you notice specific titles missing from your list report, you may enhance the bibliographic record using our Modifying, Editing, & Improving Bibliographic Records article, contacting a cataloging mentor, or opening a help desk ticket.
