Try the following troubleshooting tips to resolve a quota error in MobileStaff (formerly MobileCirc).
Change Institution
1. From the Sign In page, access Setup.
2. From the Setup page, press Change Institution. Doing this should remove old offline data.
3. From the Institution page, press Apply.
4. Attempt signing in with your library's WorkFlows login information.
If the quota error persists, try the Disable Offline steps below.
Disable Offline
1. From the Sign In page, access Setup.
2. From the Setup page, expand Offline.
4. Choose Disabled.
3. Press Apply.
4. From the Sign In page, access Setup.
5. From the Setup page, press Change Institution. Doing this should remove old offline data.
6. From the Institution page, press Apply.
7. Attempt signing in with your library's WorkFlows login information.
If this does not resolve the issue, uninstalling and reinstalling MobileStaff may be needed. Disabling offline after the install but before the first sign-in will prevent MobileStaff from loading offline data and causing disk space usage issues.
