To find answers to technical support questions, library staff and patrons can consult the OverDrive Help website: https://help.overdrive.com/ 

Ways to use OverDrive Help:

1. Search for a specific issue (ex. my audiobook won’t download to my iphone)
Browse the help articles for a relevant answer. Send the URL to the patron or print this page in a printer-friendly format.
2. Browse different categories to find all there is to know about getting started, different formats, apps, and troubleshooting for different devices.
3. View videos to help get started with Libby and the website.
4. Browse device and platform profiles and how to use them with OverDrive.


If OverDrive Help does not provide a relevant answer, please open a support ticket in OverDrive Marketplace.
